 Your gift may be paid over three years on a quarterly, semiannual or annual schedule. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, installation of a new sprinkler system and construction of the library addition and new elevator tower are scheduled for completion by June, 2001. Additional preservation and restoration efforts will commence when sufficient funds are committed to assure completion of the project. With your help, this will happen soon. Donors choosing to give a gift of securities, real estate and other appreciated assets may realize significant tax benefits.
